Maath Pita Gaun Dham is a registered public charitable trust based at the 10-Acre Mahateerth Campus, Banur, Mohali, Punjab. The trust is registered under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and is authorised to issue tax-exempt receipts for eligible donations.

All donations made through this website are voluntary and non-refundable except in the case of a demonstrable duplicate charge or gateway error. Where a refund is granted, any associated 80G receipt will be marked cancelled and reported accordingly.

80G tax-exempt receipts are dispatched by email to the address supplied at the time of donation, typically within seven working days. It is the donor's responsibility to provide a correct email address and to retain the receipt for their tax records.

A Sankalp is a devotional commitment to have the names of your chosen parents chanted at the Dham on the date you specify. Sankalps are displayed on the public Wall of Honor for the day on which they are chanted. You warrant that you have the authority to name the individuals you register, and that no honoree has objected to being named.

Monthly Gauvansh adoption contributions are recurring payments authorised through our payment gateway. You may pause or cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Amounts already contributed for prior cycles will not be refunded.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or impersonating names or contact details, not to use the site to solicit funds on behalf of any party other than MPGD, and not to attempt to disrupt or circumvent site security. We reserve the right to remove any Sankalp or refuse any donation that appears to be fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

All content on this website — including the wordmark, logo, photographs, video, and written material — is the property of Maath Pita Gaun Dham unless otherwise credited. You may share links to individual pages, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

The website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPGD disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
